I am afraid we no longer occupy Utah, but I can promise you that if you can offer us the right amount of caps our traders will travel any distance it takes. What exactly are you in need of? Weapons? Medicine? Clothing? Industrial tools? We can supply any need you have, but first we need to know what those needs are. Oh and Delonge may I ask exactly how much of the outskirts of New Vegas will the Mormons be occupying? I am prepared to occupy from the road leading up the canyon to Jacobstown to the Northern Passage and all territory in between.

Cole DeLonge- Mr. House
As for the New Reno families, I'm not opposed to a revolution against the NCR. Reno would be a good business for House to place his stake into, not to mention his leadership would be leaps-and-bounds better than that of NCR. If House provides securitrons for protection and backup, is it possible that you can drive the NCR out of New Reno? Mr. House could have a mainframe delivered to the area so that he can act as a figure-head for the council and blend profits between Vegas and Reno.

It will be beneficial for Vegas and Reno, I assure you.
Capo Louie Salvatore- the Salvatore family

I see no reason to refuse extra firepower.... And once we Salvatores reclaim western Reno, we'd be willing to rent housing for this mainframe of yours. The Salvatore family is also interested in setting up a bar in Vegas, if the future events in Reno go smoothly, growing our influence.

Indeed it would, and if the Mormon Gunsmiths and Gun Runners worked together we could benefit the Mojave tenfold. Plus we feel that the Gun Runner's are more equipped to produce our larger machine guns without increasing the cost to a ridiculous amount.
Charles Bailey - Gun Runners

"That does sound like a good idea, so here is what I think should happen. I think you should transfer a few of your gunsmiths to our new HQ in New Vegas, this would be a permanent move as we want our secrets to stay there. We would then send a crew of men into... where ever you may be, and set up a new branch where we could work together making some of our less than impressive weapons and making your unique weapons. This way we could both trade with the Khans new empire."

Cole DeLonge- Mr. House

We can donate the supplies for a discount in equipping some of the forces of a new-found protection army that's currently being established.
After Charles was done talking to Taylor he quickly asked Cole about the army.

"Who might this army consist of, and how many people will it be?"

It sounds like a deal, although we will need it to run it by Mr. Bishop first.

House can also assist in driving out/killing the Wrights and/or Mordinos if you call upon it. The Salvatores and Bishops are the profitable families.

Probably the Desert Rangers. I don't think we can get troops from individual settlements.

Honestly, House will make a gigantic order of weapons that he sees fit for the army. For these supplies in building new factories and homes, let's say, a 20% discount on your weapons.

I have a proposition to make Mr. Brigham. Since your people will be occupying the land outside of New Vegas, I assume some of you will be coming and going out of New Vegas. As I am sure you know, there are 3 families that run the casinos on the strip. The Chairmen are willing to lend you any capital that you need to get set up and running. What we ask in return is that whenever you visit the strip, you only come to the Tops casino. That you do not spend any money in any of the other casinos on the strip.

Cole DeLonge- Mr. House

We don't need the NCR to die. Yet. But driving them out of New Reno would blossom into a great and widespread economy for House and Reno.

When the time is right to finish off the failing NCR, and they will fail due to recent events, will the Empire of the Great Khan come to Mr. House's aid?
Emissary-General Wiliam Vargas

Backroom dealings eh?! Heh heh heh, as he give a evil smile. We would love to finish NCR off. That so-called bastion of freedom. I am sure someone else could take there place, such as House. Our Empire is expanding, towards the Dakotas, Montana, and Idaho. Our Empire is eyeing on Oregon and Washington, as we do not wish to be landlocked. We accept your proposition. The Empire will stand by your aid.

Dr David Marsh: FoTA

*David enters the convention wearing a Followers lab coat and a PipBoy on his left wrist. He is in early 30's, with dark brown hair and blue eyes. An odd looking 'weapon' is holstered at his side, with Poseidon Energy emblem on the butt.

He pulls out the pistol and exclaims, "Hands up! This is a robbery, Caps on the table! Ha ha, just kidding everyone. Bought this toy off a kid for 20 caps in Freeside. It is harmless," David points the weapon at his face and pulls the trigger, click click click click. He takes his seat and orders a whiskey and nuka from the waiter.

*David listens in, and speaks to the BoS and House rep.

"The Followers would like to suggest we monitor the Helios facility to make sure the integrity of the power distribution is upheld."

*David turns to McNamara.

Mr. Salvatore, how great to meet you. I would like to propose an agreement between the Chairmen and the Salvatore family. We will help run your bar if you need any help and we can provide any caps that you need to get going. Would you like to set up your bar attached to the Tops casino? This way, thirsty people from the Tops will go to your bar for a drink and your customers might come over to the Tops to spend some chips. What are your thoughts on this?

Simon - Van Graffs

"Delonge, I too have a request. As I said... the Van Graffs will willingly contribute men and weapons to this defense force you're building. It'll have to wait until the Salvatores settle their business with us, since we can't be weakened so heavily, but afterwards we'll provide small forces to all of the minor settlements in and around Vegas - Westside and Freeside, namely, but also places like the Thorn and North Vegas Square. This would let House focus his Securitrons elsewhere. What we would ask in return is the right to convert the NCR Embassy into a Strip-based production facility. It would contain nothing but engineers, so as not to pose any threat to the civilians, and so would depend on the on-site Securitrons to put an end to any trouble that might arise - thieves, that sorta thing. And if needed, we would also send small -and I mean small- groups to other settlements like Nipton and Primm. Otherwise, we can forsake Westside, the Thorn and North Vegas Square, and only have our men present in Freeside, Nipton and Primm. This would allow us to send more men to Nipton and Primm, but we could only have men in Freeside around our shop, so Freeside would still require other guards from one of the groups present. It would also mean Westside, the Thorn and North Vegas Square will require another source -or sources- of protection, or risk being forsaken."

"So from what I am understanding is that you will give us our supplies free of charge if we give you a 20% discount until we pay off the supplies? If this is the case I would need to know how much the supplies would cost for about five one story houses, the typical ones you see around the area, and another factory pretty much the same as the one we currently have?"

Having a factory on the strip will make it less appealing to potential gamblers of the Tops. This may hurt Chairmen and White Glove business. I believe this may cause more harm than help. Also, you have a shop set up in Freeside. Do you need a place on the strip too?

I figure that since the Chairmen are going to need to spend a lot of caps to get you set up and running, you will pay us 15% of your income. This will only happen until you eventually pay us the caps back over time. After you have repaid us, we would like 10% of your income. You could also give us dividends instead of taking the original 15% income. To sum up this operation, We help you get set up. Then, you give us 15% of your income until you pay us back, or small increments until you pay us back. Once you pay us back, all that we ask for is 10% of your income. I foresee this being profitable for us both Mr. Salvatore.
