Graciously hosted by the White Glove Society!
It has been 18 months since the Second Battle for Hoover Dam. Mr. House has taken power in the Mojave, and the NCR, unfortunately, is beginning to collapse. The several nations of the west have gathered here in the Ultra Luxe to make decisions to bring House's and his allies' new regimes to life. These decisions might be the salvation or ending of the NCR.
Praise for Gingy's Conventions:
The Outcomes of Fallout New Vegas:
3. Male Courier: Ally with Mr. House and possess Good Karma when completing Main Quest: All or Nothing.
4. Followers of the Apocalypse: Status quo.
5. Great Khans: As a result of choices made in Side Quest: Oh My Papa, the Great Khans flee from the Mojave during the Second Battle of Hoover Dam and travel to Wyoming, joining with the Followers of the Apocalypse to rebuild their clan.
6. Goodsprings: By allying with Mr. House and completing Main Quest: All or Nothing, the town of Goodsprings is kept safe by Mr. House's securitron, Victor.
7. Jacobstown: After finding a cure for Stealth boy scizophrenia in Side Quest: Guess Who I Saw Today, Jacobstown booms with an influx of Super Mutants looking for treatment.
8. The Kings: Having exacerbated tensions between the Kings and NCR in Side Quest: G.I. Blues, the Kings attack NCR citizens in Freeside during Main Quest: All or Nothing and are rewarded by Mr. House by leaving them alone.
9. Lily: Not telling to either diligently take or stop taking her medication for schizophrenia as devised during Free Quest: Lily and Leo, she decides only to take half her prescribed medication resulting in further mental instability; Lily ends up wandering the Wasteland in search of her grandchildren.
10. The Misfits: Successfully training the Misfits during Side Quest: Flags of Our Foul-Ups leads the group to honored service in the Second Battle of Hoover Dam during Main Quest: All or Nothing.
11. NCR Correctional Facility: After killing their leader and completing Main Guest: All or Nothing as allied with Mr House, the Powder Gangers abandon the NCR Correctional Facility and leave it in ruins.

15. Rangers: As a result of Side Quest: Return to Sender, the NCR are successful in battling Caesar's Legion, but cannot stave Mr. House in Main Quest: All or Nothing and are forced to evacuate to Mojave Outpost.
16. Raul: As a result of freeing him from Tabitha in Side Quest: Crazy, Crazy Crazy, and completing Free Quest: Old School Ghoul, Raul becomes a ghost vaquero who hunts down those who prey on the weak.
17. Enclave Remnants: By completing Side Quest: For Auld Lang Syne and supporting Mr. House in Main Quest: All or Nothing, the Enclave Remnants disappeared as quickly as they came. Legends of their power spread throughout the southwest.
18. Rex: By transplanting Rey's brain into Rex during Side Quest: Nothin' But a Hound Dog, Rex survives while his mind settles peacefully with that of long travels with Old Lady Gibson.
19. Arcade Gannon: Following the victory of Mr. House in Main Quest: All or Nothing, Arcade moves on to live in the Boneyard, and works happily as a family doctor.
20. Black Mountain: By repairing Tabitha's robot pal Rhonda in Side Quest: Crazy, Crazy, Crazy, the pair wandered off into Legion territory for adventures.
21. Boomers: By gaining favor with the Boomers and dredging up the old bomber in Side Quest: Volare for use in support of Mr. House in Main Quest: The House Always Wins III, Mr. House allows the group their independence as they open up to trade with the wasteland.
22. Boone: As a result of completing Side Quest: I Forgot to Remember to Forget by getting Boone to make amends for Bitter Springs and siding with Mr. House for Main Quest: All or Nothing, Boone remains in the Mojave Wasteland as a caravan security guard and scout along the highways.
23. Brotherhood of Steel: (ALTERNATE ENDING) As a result of allying the Brotherhood and NCR in Main Quest: For the Republic Part Two and completing Main Quest: All or Nothing, the Brotherhood of Steel allow the NCR to leave the Mojave Wasteland without incident and continue to inhabit Hidden Valley.
24. Rose of Sharon Cassidy: As a result of completing Side Quest: Heartache by the Number by political subterfuge, the NCR blackmail the Van Graffs and Crimson Caravans following the destruction of Cassidy Caravans. Cass witnesses the victory of Mr. House in the Second Battle of Hoover Dam following Main Quest: All or Nothing, and Hoover Dam humming in its Pre-War glory.
25. ED-E: As a result of being repaired in Side Quest: ED-E My Love, ED-E accompanies the Courier across the Mojave Wasteland and helps the Followers of the Apocalypse recover valuable information relating to the Poseidon Energy Company to be used in improving the quality of life in New Vegas.
26. Fiends: With the leaders of the Fiends murdered, the Fiends eventually disperse across the Mojave Wasteland.
27. Veronica: Upon completing Side Quest: Still in the Dark and allying the Brotherhood of Steel with the NCR, Veronica decides to remain with the group at Hidden Valley in Side Quest: I Could Make You Care, despite her desire to see the Brotherhood take a more active role in the wasteland.
Extra: Power from HELIOS One was diverted to Freeside and Westside.
Extra: In Vault 22, the spores were eliminated by the Courier and Keely, but through science, the Courier convinced Keely not to destroy the data, and gave the data to Doctor Hildern.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
-Do not overdo your posting on this thread. We have a LOT of people in this, so I don't want to hit the post limit every five minutes. If you need to reply to multiple people talking to you in the thread, make a multi-quotes, not multiple posts.
-Try to use good grammar or people probably won't take you very seriously.
-Under NO conditions will people role-play fight. It stirs up the thread and is very annoying.
-Try not to make OP posts. "Oh, we'll nuke you sky-high if you don't give us money," etc.
-I don't know who has done the DLCS, so while there are a few DLC-oriented factions, don't make MAJOR DLC spoilers.
-For the people who are playing classic factions, I'm not going to make any lore for them, so use your knowledge of those factions and/or read the wiki when making an opening-post and back story. The entire House ending will be in a spoiler tag on the opening post.
-If you are an ass to the other ambassadors, you aren't going to make very many deals. It's good to have friends at these conventions.
-Don't stress out if suddenly you don't see the convention in the General Discussion. 90% of the time, after about a day, the admins move the conventions to the Art and Fan Fiction section. We simply put it in the General Discussion for attention.
-DON'T use the convention for OOC related stuff. If you want to say something out of the roleplay, come to this thread. I'll put a link to this on the convention itself.\
-I'm 100% sure that there will be multiple (maybe even 3-or-4) threads for every convention because there are a lot of people, and we will hit the post limit fast. If we hit post limit, we follow up on it by quickly making a new thread, but we don't do anything fancy. We just go right where we left off.
-House in ways can be OP because his position has a lot of power, but the representative (me) will try his best not to become totally OP.
A few really important things:
-Some people really do have lives even in the summer, so if someone doesn't post, well it obviously means that they are busy or doing something else, so don't pressure people into posting when they don't have the time. That was one of the big issues in some of the older conventions.
-Try to take it at least a tad bit seriously. There are a lot of people in this convention. The list of factions has tripled in size since last time, and we are making progress in filling all the spaces.
-Have fun!
