Ok so I finally went in there because I heard there were a few quests I could do but i don't know how to activate it. I talked to Mortimer(sp?) and he tells me my stomach couldn't handle it I don't get the speech challenge the wiki mentions. Can someone plz help?

Talk to the people at the round bar. Also talk to the people standing outside in front of the hotel. They are all part of two intertwining quests.
