There are four characters in the shot:

1st - front right - holding sword and shield, strap of cuirass on his right side is torn? Just finished a cross body slash.

2nd - far left - holding axe in attacking posture. He looks like he is about to lift the axe up take a step forward and bring it down. - has bow on his back, see bottom and bow string on his lower left side, see top of bow sticking out over his right shoulder

These first two are working together. Second is about to begin an attack just as first is finishing.

3rd - in the middle - holding what looks like same axe as second but standing in defensive posture. No room to attack so he is just sitting there waiting for an opening.

4th - behind second - see left hand empty sticking out between 2 and 3. Kinda looks like the empty hand has a small bracelet on it? See right hand holding two-sided axe. Might be lighting but skin tone of 4th in back looks like it is different than the front three. More tan while the front three are gray.

Other things:
-There are interesting patterns cut into the rock, most notable between 1 and 3.
-The fire holder over the doorway kinda sorta resembles a dragon head facing down.
-Stairs going up to the right.

I think its just a really big axe, too small to be a halberd and wtf is a pole axe

If i'm honest i'm not bothered about spears etc. I'm just having fun with you....still i'm right though....i think :confused:

I'm not even debating about if there's gonna be polearms/spears in the game. I'm debating on what that creature is holding in it's hand.

I think it looks like an axe as well. The one in the middle, the bald zombie, is holding an axe I'm pretty sure of that. The one in the background, I can't be sure but it looks to me like he's holding the same weapon as number 2.

Looks like there's a fourth in the background who's wielding a doublebladed axe

Correct me if I am wrong but to me it looks as if all three have beards

I'd say shadow on the middle one. Other two have them.
