Sup people, we are going to start a BGSF pokemon tournament! If you are interested, just say so, and I will put your name down.
We will start to set it up once we get enough people, so there is no set time as of yet.

Tell me how you like these rules...these are just suggestions, I wouldn't mind changing a few if they are unpopular.

No Hacks
No Duplicate Pokemon
D/Cing(disconnecting) is automatic disqualification.
All battles are level 50 wifi.
These Pokemon are banned: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys(all forms), Dialga, Giratina(both forms), Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin(both forms), Wobbuffet, Wynaut.

What Pokemon do you want to see get another evolution in Gen5? I want to see Dragonair get a split evolution into some sort of Serpent like creature, because Dragonite looks kinda meh and I think it would be cool to see another blue serpent.

Don't ask for any more evolutions for any pokemon with evolved forms already, unless you want another magmortar, electivire or the horrific abortion of a creature that rhyperior is. Only Gen 1 pokemon that need an evolution are Farfetch'd and maybe Lapras.
Otherwise, Dunsparce, Mawile and Pachirisu.

Lapras, if anything, should get a pre-evoltion. Otherwise I think it should stay mono-evolutionary as it is. I don't want every single pokemon alive to have evolutions. I kinda wish Snorlax never got Munchlax to tell the truth. Then there's that god awful Lickitung evolution.

Venomoth,he has an incredible ability and is a really cool Pokemon in general,he needs an evo,preferably a more bulky one because his unique typing makes him have some cool resistances(while also having a lot of weaknesses,but I'd love a defensive Venemoth with a bit better overall stats).

Of course they svck, but at least they're not all disasters like Rhyperior. That's a prime example of giving new evolutions to old pokemon gone wrong.

I'd like them to leave the 1st gen Pokemon alone and just make some new Pokemon instead of evolving the old ones. If they have to give Lapras an evolution, I would like to see a pre-evolution for it, but NOT a second evolution. Considering what they did to Rhydon, they'd probably make Lapras's evolution covered in more armor and a bunch of spikes. I would like to see an evolution for Ditto, I think they could probably make it pretty interesting if they tried. I'd also like to see another pokemon that could learn the move Sketch, as it's an interesting concept but sadly Smeargle is pretty weak.

Scyther and Scizor are both 2 of my favorites, I think they both look cool.

Any pokemon that has even semi-good stats would be overpowered with sketch, imo.

Smeargle I thought was pretty much designed to be a pokemon you could transfer moves onto pokemon you normally couldn't breed them to, because of parents being in different breeding groups. It was never really meant to be a battle pokemon.

Nah, the onix pre-evolution was part of a mockup of a whole set of Gen V pokemon that I saw somewhere. If I see it again I'll post it in the thread, it had some good stuff though, like a Smeargle evolution that looked great and the lapras evolution I want.

GYARADOS? EVO? You're crazy.

But yeah,Heracross deserves an Evo to bring him up to par,and Pinsir could use one to make him rival Hera/Scizor in the way of physical bugs.

Sabeleye's typing prevents it from getting much stronger,it would end up too good if it got standard stats.

A Pinsir evolution would be interesting. But I wouldn't want to see Gyarados evolve, what on earth would it evolve into? It's already this gigantic sea serpent with a blood lust caused by the abuse it experienced as a Magikarp, I don't see how anything could evolve from it.

Their method is:

Look at the Pokemon in question.

Decide what this Pokemon lacks visually.

Ignore whatever is decided and add a lot of armor and spikes.

Submit Pokemon to programmers and get coffee.

Come back next week and approve of it because no one takes new Pokemon seriously.

And that's about it.
