And HEY! A Charizard can't eat a Lucario he would break his teeth (and he definitely wouldn't be able to swallow it whole)

My Charizard can.

What about *shudder* Dragon/Ice?

Would be x4 weak to rock (stealth rock would own it), weak to fighting, and dragon..so, not that great.

Dragon is weak to rock? Also it wouldn't be weak to fighting I don't think because of the dragon type.

Wasn't thinking...dragon isn't weak to rock, but I'm pretty sure it's neutral to fighting.

Anyone know of any DS/HeartGold or Soul Silver bundles?

Like you get a DS and the game in one thing? :poke:

I've been dying to play some damn Pokeman.... dont' ask me why.

And I'd figure I'd play the new ones, instead of the ones that I have poured weeks of my time into. :P

Right now I am using my sister's DS and my friend's SoulSilver :P

Once the DS [lite] falls under $100 I plan on buying my own

Dunno of any official DS-Pokemon combos

It's not "official", but we can pretty much all assume the price is going to fall a few months after or before the 3DS is released. That's just how these things go.

How are people's feelings on RNG manipulation to get shiny eggs? I've a few traded shinies that were RNG eggs, and I'm currently trying it out to get a shiny dratini via RNG, but it's taking hella long to hatch, even with magcargo next to it.
EDIT: I didn't do it right, wasted half an hour for a bog standard dratini.
EDIT again: Turns out my dratini was japanese and my ditto was English, I didn't even bother checking :( Clicked the wrong option and hit the happiness checker a couple of hundred times for nothing.

Most shinies are RNG'd. IF you don't RNG them, there is like a 1 in 10000 chance for the egg to be shiny...yeah, I really don't think many people do that.

1 in 8192. And you can chain them to get like a 1 in 64 chance, which is how most the ones I was traded were gotten.

Yeah, it's basically a way to manipulate the way the game determines things, forcing perfect IVs, shininess etc. http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/dpp_rng_intro So far I've accidentally hatched out a shiny psyduck from it, I was aiming for a dratini but forgot to make sure my breeding dratini was female :(.

Yeah, that should just be the base 1/8192 for eggs.

Doing that now, just hatched a dragonite, currently going for a carnivine. Not sure why though.

I'm behind on my pokemon training. So i beat the 5th and 6th gym leaders today then I made my way to mahogany town and caught the red gyaridose. I really need to train my cyndaquil, onyx, and nidoran. Has anyone found a yanma yet?
