Unless there is a swarm

When first playing Crystal when I walked through there there was a Yanma swarm. Literally everything I ran into was Yanma.

If looking for a Yanma be sure to bring a Pokemon that has the nature you want the Yanma to have, and Trace(Abra is the easiest to grab).

Worth spending 30 minutes looking for an Abra with the right nature instead of spending forever looking for a yanma with the right nature, considering how rare Yanma is.

At 1% it's easier to catch what you can and then just breed until you get the right nature.

'Specially when you get an egg :hehe:

Have you heard that if you bring the Arceus from the Hall of Origin there for the second time, you can use it to create another member of the trio?

Yeah... I had a *hacked* event one (don't say anything bad about hacking a japan-only event Pokemon just so I can lol at my friends who don't have it)

Unless you're like me and you only see rare male pokemon. I literally spent around 3 hours looking for a female scyther so I could just breed it and get technician, all the while catching male scyther and just hoping I'm lucky. After around 6 contests I never got one (a female scyther or a male one with technician) and actually gave up on catching a pokemon for the fist time ever.

You know ditto is actually comparatively easy to come by in HeartGold. It's in the Safari Game, shows up all the time.

I find it funny that Ditto, that was originally meant to be just another Pokemon but with a unique ability, is now pretty much only useful for it's ability to have six with anything that moves.

I still think it has combat abilities, but nobody else even considers it.

I would only ever use it to scope out what the opposing Pokemon has in terms of attacks.

No, they still work for the Move Tutor guy that helps you remember moves.

The only things I find those useful for are egg moves.
