AKA Neloth's Tea House.

Because if lesser mortals like that basso-dunderhead Ulfric can have hordes of sniveling sycophants catering to his every whim then a Magister of the Great House Telvanni should have at least a legion of worshipers begging to make his canis root tea properly. You there, Ulfric girls! Stop stiffing around that blockheaded Nord and start making tea – lots of tea. We have quite a few experiments to conduct. Also one of you come here – I have a heart stone experiment you’re just dying to help me with…

Khajiit plays dumb just to hear Neloth's reaction.
Savos Aren + Neloth + shaved heads = blue man group. Lol.

Seriously though, he is a great character, like a breath of fresh air to find someone with such a unique personality in Skyrim. I love neloth and his false sense of importance, the guy acts like he's the gods gift to the world. Put him, nazeem, and marcurio in the same room and you can cut the arrogance with a knife, gimme 20 minutes with them and ill dive off bards leap. Lol.

Edit: awesome signature OP, "the wasteland" is some serious stuff. I love that poem and that is one of my favorite lines too. Much props, that poem is epic.

Eliot is one of my favorite poets. Wasteland is good and the quote comes from my favorite section but I prefer Prufrock and Ash Wednesday. But all of his stuff is great. As I type this I'm listening to a friends's rendition of The Hollow Men on Youtube. Good stuff!

Poor Neloth - he has no idea that I find his allegedly clever insults to be insanely hilarious. "What...we're you expecting gratitude? That is for the weak..." ::snort/chuckle::

One of the best hings ever I wonder if mirak would have made a decent apprentice. Cause you know your a badass when one of the most powerful forces ever might make the cut to be your apprentice.

Neloth would probably say something like,"What's that? TRAIN Miraak? To what...shine his mask? Far too willful to be of any use. Still..." followed by zapping you with some green-light spell.

LOL! Ulfric girl reporting in, but sadly many of us over there can't get Dragonborn yet, including me. /frown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> When PC users are blessed with DB, I will stop in for some tea. I do love good tea. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Im a huge fan of Neloth.
When I turn in one of his quests, like one of Azra's staves, I let my character run up to him while I sit behind the tv shouting:
"Master, master Neloth! Success!"
I also go: "Yes master Neloth." a lot.

LOL! RW refuses to come to this forum because he's avoiding any and all possible spoilers. I think I'll just keep quiet and see if he sees that once we get DB. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I like Neloth because he has the same voice actor as the character Bodahn Feddic from Dragon Age: Origins. Neloth's comments are amusing.

I see Neloth as a bro (even though I'm a Nord) Cause him and I interact the same way that my IRL Brother and I do. It's entertaining to put that into a fantasy world of adventure!

Spoiler
Agreed. I can tell that he respects me and my power as dragonborn by the end of everything and the side missions. Which, btw he had one of the coolest side missions ever involving his steward. Very satisfying conclusion, and she wasn't a pushover, either.

Love Neloth. Dude is an absolute ass, but is completely hilarious.. and by the end of it all he does respect you quite a bit. At least, as much as a Telvanni Wizard can.

This
Spoiler
I love how he is a major part of the MQ. It makes your relationship with him more interesting because he acknowledges you as Dragonborn and respects your power (in his way), something most NPCs don't do.
He also is the only other character in the game to actively collect artifacts like we do. By the end of the dlc, he can have a copy of multiple Black Books (including the one he already has).

I totally didn't think of that. Krosis. Well I suspect we'll be enjoying our tea for quite some time, so I look forward to you coming back.

Yup, he lets you keep them, he just copies them somehow. After all, actually going in is far to dangerous and time consuming for a Telvani wizard to bother with.

I always get all but two. One that Nelth directs me to, and the one from the burrow that you excavate.

Just wanted to stop by and say yes, Neloth is a fantastic character. I loved every quest I got from him, definitely one of the best characters in all of Skyrim.
