Okay. So yes, third-person in a fast paced game isn't good. Maybe back in the Golden Age of Gaming, the PS2 years, but like I said, they want to end genre gaming and go back to playing video games for the fun of it. Now a days people are REALLY dumb in games. Like have you ever heard of a game Dark Sector? That game is amazing. Its on the PS3 and Xbox 360. The gameplay is great and the multiplayer experience is one the best I've played. It sell well so not many people play it. The reason is because the story isn't all that great. Its a mediocre story but its not terrible. But those do play it are great gamers. Not just skilled wise but in their taste in fun. You play with them and you have a good time. Its a small fanbase. So if a game isn't good in a dumb way then people don't want it or play it. Yes this is fast-pasted game but who says it has to be? Yes there is a time limited but they can change it up or people will speed it up because they spent most of the game hiding so around the end the just say, "#$% it, I'm going in." Or this become a tactical game. The difference between third-person, stealth or not which(MGS might be but MGO not so much), and first-person is FPS are fast-paced and TPS are tactical. All I'm saying is it'll stick to the main idea of BRINK, just having fun without genres. Let BRINK be a just a game, not a FPS or shooter or any other genre.
And if they want to keep it fast-paced, the buff or ability will zoom in slowly when you stand still so you lose the advantage of looking around corners.
