I got the caravan pack which came with the vault 13 canteen. Ive been playing through the game on two different saves. One is on hardcoe, the other isnt. Every 10 minutes or so i see in my top right corner "You take a sip from your TRUSTY vault 13 canteen" (emphasis on the word trusty.) Every time i see this, i wonder what the hell does that do for me?

I know the canteen doesnt cure my guys thirst in hardcoe mode, and i dont think it could serve any other purpose on hardcoe or not.

So im wondering people

What the hell does the vault 13 canteen do?!?

I'm not playing on hardcoe mode, but whenever that text appears at the top left of my screen some of my HP is replenished. IDK if it's the same for hardcoe mode though..

Its suppose to replenish 25 points of dehydration and 15 HP.

OK i didnt notice that.. taking away only 25 dehydration is such a small amount compared to how much it takes for you to start suffering from side effects..
