So I've been thinking about picking it up but, is fallout 3 worth buying on pc if I already sunk about 200 hours into the xbox version (which I still have by the way)? Basically, are the mods I will be able to get worth the 10 euro or so it costs?

Most definitely. You'll be able to have a whole new game experience by using mods.
