Literally seconds after Deltis introduced himself and before the Nord could respond, the Argonian wandered over and introduced himself, first to the Nord, “Hail, my name isss Whana- call me Sssnow-Scale. My argonian name would be too hard to pronounce,” and then to the rest of the group, Deltis included.
The Dunmer could feel rage building up inside him, that the lizard would dare address him after what he and his fellow reptiles done simply infuriated him. He did his best to control himself, his facial expression did not change, but had to say something. "Away with you, swamp scum. You animals should not mingle with Man, Mer or Khajiit. Crawl back to your vile marsh and leave the civilized peoples in peace." feeling that his rage was not subsiding, his fists were clenched, he would like nothing more than to strike the lizard. But, he did his best to compose himself and addressed the Nord once more.
"Now, Freyr, perhaps you and I could have a talk with eachother soon? Our people's rivalries are a thing of the past, the Dunmeri people appreciate the Nords' gifts."
At that, Deltis left the company of the group and scanned the room. The King of Daggerfall and High Rock was conversing with Thadon. "Over there Soril," he said to his aide, "I feel we should intervene. I wouldn't want him to alienate the Bretons, just in case Skyrim is unresponsive." He strolled over to the King casualy, wondering about the absence of the Redguard delegates so far.
"Hail, King of the Bretons," he bowed, "I have read of your and your father's exploits. I must say, uniting High Rock was politial genius, truely your family is blessed by Julianos. I am honoured that you would allow me in your presence. I have also heard of your prowess with a lance, I hear you are an acomplished jouster." he smiled, "I would like to extend the hand of friendship on behalf of the Dunmer people," he extended his hand, illustraing his point.
I hope it is a Breton custom to shake hands, they can't be all that different from the Imperials can they?
