The Warren Sign Up

Well, as for the amount of people we'll have, I think 7 people is more than enough, any more and we may get cluttered. I'm still deciding on all our current candidates.

Hey guys! Sorry I've been a wee bit absent, had a hell of a time getting the internet connection up and running. I'm back and still working on my sheet. I'm unable to use my much better laptop so I have to use this crappy desktop.

Yes! It's good to see you return. And as you can tell, we have many submitters, and me and Yttrium have been discussing our favorite candidates, so just PM us, and I can send you our list (or at least mine), showing our picks for the RP.

And, it's great to have you back. :tops:

I like the eagerness, but it will most likely be on by tomorrow evening. I still need to ok everything with Jonas and Silly, and Jonas isn't on. By the time I get home tomorrow(and it's half day for me) it will be 5:00 for most of you. So at the least... Probably seven tomorrow

I haven't played that in a while, got all the achievements for it, but forgot to transfer them to my online profile. Haven't played since, I'm just going to wait for New Vegas.

Actually having a PC would be nice. And as much I love fallout I actually would rather have Portal 2 or Halo:Reach, all my friends are getting it. I going to have to steal a copy of ODST to get the beta and I probably won't have the funds to actually get the game, though.

I'm getting sidetracked

I found out that I'm going have a much longer time on the PC tomorrow so if Jonas answers me by tomorrow we can get this thing rolling by tomorrow. Alright.

that would be awesome if we started tomorrow, well if I'm in anyway but it will be awesome for you guys either way

one last side note the beta for reach will be very cool until that comes out though I'll be playing fallout and bad company 2, I'm a huge halo fan so reach is gonna be a must for me apart from fable 3 and F:NV its the only other game i want to get this year.

Well, I'll be glad when we finally begin. I'm excited for this one, this is probably the first high profile RP since a while back. Competition sure looks tough though.

Really? Ever heard of APB? Or Dead to Rights : Retribution? Or Splinter Cell: Conviction? Theres so many games coming out this year that I'm looking forward to. But more on topic, I don't mind when this thing starts up, as long as I'm actually in it anyways. Looking forward to it though, it sounds like a great idea. I just hope we have some dedicated rp'ers up in here.

Yeah, I'm excited about F:NV-but it will be a long while before its out...so I really need to find stuff to do for fun until then. x) Video-game-wise I mean.

I still play Fallout 3, but not as much as I used to admittedly. Once you've done everything one time, its not quite as fun as the second or third time.(Unless you have mods, maybe)

I'm glad the decisions are close to being made, though. :) The sooner the better(not to rush anyone.)

Oh, and this is just out of curiosity-will there be a predetermined leader, or anything of the like? Or is that sort of thing going to be decided IC?

the only one Ive heard of there is Splinter Cell: Conviction but i was never a huge SC fan, never heard of APB i think i might have heard of dead to rights but haven't seen anything But still the big one's for me this year are Halo Reach, Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Got, its awesome), Fallout New Vegas and Fable III there's a few other games I'm interested in but not must gets like the others.

On topic i really hope this RP holds together, but i don't see why it shouldn't we've got some great and looks like committed GM's and thats what i usually find the downfall of an RP to be is that the host/GM/s loose interest and/or don't manage the RP properly, not saying i could do better but that's usually what i see. That and people loose interest. But like i said it looks like this RP is being held to gether by some aw some Host's B) and most people here seem dedicated so i don't think we will have that problem. This is also a brilliant RP idea, most Fallout RP's areset 200 yrs after the bombs fell but this is straight after so it opens up a whole bunch of possibility's, ahh look at me rambling I'm just waiting for tonight to find out who's in.

The only thing I still play is Mass Effect 2 and Oblivion, but anyway...

I haven't really discussed this much, but I'm 90% sure about this setup. Jonas will probably be the leader giving the orders and all, but everybody has chance to say something or suggest something to do, but Jonas gets the final say. It will all come together in the Rp, you'll see, don't worry about it.

Ah, alright. :) I assumed it might be something along those lines(that sort of thing usually works better, anyways, in my experience), but I figured it would be better to ask.

I guess at this point, I don't have much to ask. So I'll probably be silent, and seem absent(unlikely the case), until another update is made.

Alrighty. Never thought it would take this much time to get this thing up and running, I'm just going to stop giving out dates when this is going to start too, because it never works. In fact I'm still waiting for Jonas and I have no clue when he'll be back on so I hope your patient.

I'm going to be holding my breath until then, I'm sure the final decision will be well thought out.

anyway I'm surprised no one mentioned playing games like Napoleon total war or Dawn of war 2 :Chaos rising. Not too many RTS fans around here eh?

I used to play SC(though I will admit that I completely svcked at it), but really I just want Portal 2 and Reach, mainly Portal 2.

i thought the first Portal was brilliant but i really disliked the Half-Life series.

So we have to wait for Jonasvault101 before you can divulge the secret info? thats cool like i said no rush but im sure after all this planning you want to get this RP underway also.

So will the RPG start once Jonas gets on, then? Just wanting to check on what the current situation is. :)

And yeah, I can wait, and probably try to focus more on some of my other stuff so that it doesn't have the chance of bothering me.

I am excited about it, however. And I'll keep checking frequently.

Well, Jonas is going have to be on before we start this, but even if he gets on right now, there's still things we have to do first.

@Venix: Yeah the only part of the Orange Box I like was Portal, which I believe that didn't think was going to do so well.
