The Wasteland RP Sign Up

The year is 2280 3 years after the Lone Wanderer saved the Wasteland by defeating the Enclave and Activating the purifier, or so he thought. Two years after the purifer was activated the Enclave came back but no one knew, untill one day when they dropped Nuclear Bomb on the purifier the wasteland went into shock after the purifier was gone some people went insane people started to kill each other and towns went insane. Within the next year the enclave took over the northern part of D.C.. The Enclave the started to capture super mutants and mind control them. The Brotherhood was still fighting back, but there was anaother group theat was made the Wasteland Order, and the leader was none other then the Wasteland Legend, the Last, Best hope of humanity, The lone wanderer Jack. And throught this raging war what role will you play?

RULES
1. You can not kill any other player without there permission
2. You cannot be an unstoppable character, you must have one weakness or more if you please
3. You cannot start out with strong guns or ultimate armor
4. I am the leader of this you cannot take control, if I am not on you can still play and do everything you could do if I was on
5. Plus all the people from Fallout 3 you cannot kill them without my permission
6. If you follow this rules you can basically do what ever you want

Appearance: Jack is six feet tall, he has a buzz cut and a soul patch his hair color is blueish black, he has hazel eyes and a scar above his right eyebrow

Primary Skills (7): Outdoorsman, First Aid, Small Guns, Traps, Repair, Lock Pick, Science

Weapon(s): Jack has a custom Chinese Assualt rifle with his name engraved on this side and A combat knife.

Armor/Clothing: he wears a regulator type of jacket but it is black, he wears Black pants and Combat Boots.

Medical Items: Stimpacks

Misc Items/Food & Drink: Beer, Bobby Pins, Screw Driver

Personality: Jack is fairly nice execpt for when his drunk

Bio (Include weaknesses): Jack was born in the Jefferson Memorial, his mother died giving birth after his mother died his father brought him to valut 101 were he would be told that he was born there and he will die there. The is were he spent his child hood and teen years. When he was fifteen Jack suffered from a broken knee in a fight with Butch. When he turned 19 his father left the vault and Jack went after him. After that his father died and he became part of the brother hood. He then activated the purifier. Two years later the purifier was destroyed and he left the brotherhood and made his own group which consisted of Fawkes, Charon, Jericho and Butch as the letuinets.

Thats fine with the non important character's of the raiders and slavers, but then people in tenpenny you need permission.

When her father left the vault and she followed him she wasn't prepared for the Wasteland and almost died numerous times because she couldn't rein in her intelligence and quick-thinking under the immense pressure of survival (Weakness). While exploring the DC Ruins she came across a distress radio broadcast from Riley's Rangers and ran to their aid. Upon rescuing them she quickly joined them where she learned how to maintain and use weapons and how to effectively apply medicines.

By the way, two questions:
-When is this starting and..
-Is this just the sign up thread or will it also be used for the RP?

This is just the sign up.
And with your bio and you father i hope you are not reffering to James because that is Jack's father. And since you were born in vault 101 you must know Jack.

And to Roaven Energy Cells can be your weakness because you are alergic to them so your hands swell up for 10 minutes unable to use guns.
