started a new charter tryign to play it evil this tiem around (keep failing time after time) but i also tryign to use only melee and only if im getting pwned do i switch to a hand gun :/ (so damn hard to stay alive on a new file not enough stim packs and id surely die if i went to the hospital in the dc at level 2)

any tips on how i can keep my character evil with out killing people with more friends / ammo than i have ?? (so yes that means im not going to walk into megaton and shoot the sheriff I tried that and failed)

also apart from melee what skills should i increase on level up to help me out most ??

No, named people like the water beggars don't respawn so you can only ever club their skulls in once.

Easiest way to keep Evil karma is to steal stuff or hack an owned terminal like the one inside Moriarty's Saloon. I'd also recommend enslaving people for fun and profit.

Melee, Sneak, Medicine and maybe Lockpick and Repair would be good skills to focus on first.

The water beggars are named Micky, Willy and Carlos and they only sit outside their respective settlements. There's a random encounter with another water beggar, Ben Canning who travels around if you give him water.

I've given Carlos water a couple of times; I've also tried shooting him to see what might happen. I always wonder why he doesn't crawl the one hundred yards in to Rivet City where some good soul is bound to help him. Wouldn't you think Vera at the Waverley Hotel would at least let him get a shave, shower, and a good meal?
