ok ive just reinstalled oblivion GOTY and added a few mods. when to start it up thru OBSE but got nowhere. ok i say and try thru OBMM but the same result. i run BOSS to check the load order and come to see that it is not finding the oblivion master file. i look in the data files and it is there but with one major oddity: the last modified date shows as 1/1/2001. i am not kidding. the date created is correct (1/19/2011). has anybody ever ran into this and fixed it? ive tried googling for an answer but that gave me nothing that matched the search criteria.

Load order is determined by the "last modified date" of the esm or esp.

Oldest being loaded first.

The Oblivion.esm MUST be loaded first, hence the last modified date of 1/1/2001 is correct. Any other esm or esp files MUST have a date later then 1/1/2001.
