Out of all the time I have spent on this game, I just for the first time, found this quest. Now I feel like a real smooth gangster now, taking 20% of the profits from the co-op. Suprised I didn't feel bad about making that choice. Actually felt pretty cool to have the barter check to pull that off. Got my own little piece now.

Just amazes me how I can still keep finding new things with this game.

Fun fact, I don't think I've found this particular quest before as well. How do you go about getting it?

I think the conversation option opens up with Lt. Boyd at McCarron after you talk to General Hsu about the problems the NCR are facing. I initiated the I Put A Spell On You quest through Hsu, and then after you talk to Curtis, you go and talk to Boyd. Its in her dialogue options. Just explore the 'missing people' option.
