How do you guys feel about this and do you think there will be any competition for Skyrim especially how similar the release dates are?

Wrong section, most probably. I don't think it will have any impact at all.

I'm not concerned and it's only one system unlike Skyrim's 3 systems that it will be released on but TW2 is going to a popular system.

Well being a xbox user (DON'T JUDGE ME AND MY CAPLOCKS) i will say that there may be some conflict but i believe for xbox users will tend more towards skyrim than witcher as xbox users prefer ton's of freedom to create things, which skyrim will have more of. But certain fans may go more for witcher dew to possible updates and patches being ready before the game even comes out. Alot of people get annoyed with glitches and normally wait a few months for patches to fix games which the whicher 2 will get on the xbox release.

They are comparable games, but from different categories. Skyrim is going to be just fine :goodjob:

I was hoping that it would remain PC exclusive in order to help to reinforce our unwavering superiority how AAA-title games in this day and age can still be just as daring and innovative as anyone, but either way I think nothing of it.

Well, those who have an 360 may be happy. I, on the other hand, don't really care. . . I have the game. But it's still nice to see The Witcher spreading out to different platforms.

While I understand why this was made in the Skyrim forum this topic really belongs in the Witcher 2 thread in Community Discussion.
