The G.E.C.K. won't work! Grrr!

I purchased and downloaded Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition through Steam. When I downloaded the G.E.C.K. and tried to run it, I got an error message reading 'This application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'. I tried re-installing and got the same message. Since I got the game through Steam, the game files aren't stored in the same folder as the G.E.C.K., which I'm sure is the problem... I'm fairly confident that there is a way to work this out, I just don't know what it is. Has anyone else had and overcome this issue? Does anyone know what I need to do? Or am I S.O.L.?

You need to install the geck into the same folder as Fallout.exe. You have installed it in the incorrect spot, so to fix it reinstall it in the proper place. For it to work, install it to "Programfiles(x86 if your on a 64-bit os)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout" That is where steam should have installed Fallout3 by default.
