Well it seems that one day my Oblivion game decided to just spread parts of the world everywhere. Most of the time this isn't that big of a deal but recently when replaying the KON a couple of the shrines have spread to new places in the world and half of them don't even work. Also the outside of the Arcane university is completely gone except for the door. I uninstalled my old copy and since the CD was broken and I lost the key so I bought it on steam. After reinstalling it and running no mods it still had parts of the world missing. At least I know it wasn't one of my mods. Well if anyone could help me that would be appreciated. I am running in compatibility mode as administer... not that it makes a difference.

No offense, but that is pretty cool, lol :brokencomputer: I've heard of land-tears before, and simply fast traveling away and back fixes the issue. But nothing quite like this. Do note that uninstalling the game doesn't remove your Oblivion folder with saves and the ini. If you previously had any mods, all the custom esps and meshes, textures, etc. will remain in the data folder. Make sure you delete all traces of the old game, then refresh the Steam game cache. If the problem persists... well, we'll get to that.
