My good characters refuse to eat human hearts or flesh. Besides, just moving them in inventory makes a nasty sound. I still haven't figured out what the first effect is for either of them. XD

And none of my characters, no matter how apathetic or evil, will ever eat a giant's toe or falmer's ear. Something about ear wax and toe jam is off-putting to even the darkest of sane souls. Maybe if I play a total hokerr...
