Hey there,

after more testing i have uploaded the mod to PES, so here it is :) - enjoy

==========================WHAT THIS MOD DOES==========================The Wriath Collector is a mod aimed at magic users, and a small attemptto add another layer of magic game play and in essence a type of ritual.So what does the mod do?This mod adds the ability to gain powers from usingthe souls of a new crature the "wraith", via a dark altar.The Dark altar can be found in the dark a tower, a necromancer lair.(the pervious owner is on top of the tower - a little dead)==========================Playing the Plugin==========================extract to your data files directory.Requires Morrowind and BloodmoonYou must trap a wraith soul just like any other creature, and asthe wraith only has a soul point of 1, any soul gem can be used. Onceyou have a soul gem with the "wraith's soul" inside, take it to thedark altar wherer it will be "turned" into an ability. Each wraithsoul grants the player a fortify magicka bounus 1pt and a weaknessto magick bounus 1pt upto a maximum of 50 pts. So that means you canonly use the dark altar 50 times to gain a +50 to magicka and +50 toweakness of magicka. However every 10 levels of the ritual, the palyerrecives a 10% resist weapons bonus.Wraith have been placed in all tomb levelled lists, and so can onlybe found in tombs. A levelled list merger is reconmened. However toget players started on the quest for power, i have handplaced 10wraith ingame, locations are:1- The dark tower (on the roof)2- Alas Ancestral Tomb3- Drath Ancestral Tomb4- Ebonheart, underground caves5- Falas ancestral tomb6- Addamasartus7- Thalas Ancestral tomb8- Vanus Ancestral Tomb9- Helas Ancestral Tomb10- Vivec, Foreign quarter tombThere a re 3 in gmae books (can be found in the dark tower) which tryto expand upon the wraith, the dark altar and the dark ritual. Read themas they can provide some useful information.The Dark Tower can be found on an island of the east coast of morrowind, near Sadrith Mora.

Sounds great, it could be used together with Lich mods for enhanced Lichdom! :D

Wow, cool mod idea Midgetalien! Very very creative. Do the wraiths look like regular Ancestral Ghosts? Just out of curiousity (you don't have to say if you don't want to spoil it :deal: )

Anyhow, I agree with Varyx, and I think this will go great with Illuminated Order....

Wow, cool mod idea Midgetalien! Very very creative. Do the wraiths look like regular Ancestral Ghosts? Just out of curiousity (you don't have to say if you don't want to spoil it :deal: )

Nope, they use the ancestor ghost mesh but have diffreny textures which make them black, remove the face and hands to be more wraith like. The creature was from a resource made by Craigor

Anymoer updates, like more uses with the dark altar? Maybe sacrifice companions for more power?

I really like this. More than anything I like the creative aspect. I am going to give this a try. And I echo the above question, are you planning on updating this at all.
New features, new things? This is a great ideas and updates would be something that are well looked forward to.

I seem to have lost my magicka bonus? It says it in the spell icons, but I no longer have extra magicka...what happened>?

Hmm I am thinking of expanding upon this but i am not sure how. Think I will have a sit down and jot some ideas down.

Also, anyone having any issuies with it? Chachi - I am not sure why you lost your bonus O_o

My suggestion would be to set the dark altar up to grant different abilities based upon various undead souls. Like a bonewalker soul granting the ability to resist frost damage, or a skeleton's soul granting a bonus in melee for example.

Also, a great addition would be to implement some form of soul gem construction.

great release! maybe add more wraith to more tombs? maybe a new dungeon with losts of undead!

For some reason whenever I try to load this mod the game spits "Script 'Dark_ritual' in file 'The Wraith Collector.esp' has not been compiled." at me. Any idea what that's about?
