The trailer gave us some (background) information on the plot. I'm willing to bet one of my fingers that it's going to involve dragons.

There is no hint on the story line yet. Bethesda just announced the game a few hours ago.

But I think it'll involve Talos (Tiber Septim) and a civil war between the nords.

My guess: Skyrim is in ruin since the fall of the empire. It's trying to hold itself together, but just can't. Civil war has outbroken.

Also dragons are somehow involved.

Whoops bit of a kerfuffle there, terribly sorry we actually meant to say it will involve a lot of Dagons. One Dagon was just not challenging enough.

Do they ever give out the story line for their games? I don't remember that happening in the past?

There's a civil war in Skyrim, dragons have reappeared, and evidently Alduin is going to rise up and consume the world. The player is one of the last Dragonborn: a decedent of sacred bloodlines whose purpose is to protect the world from threats such as this, and who has the ability, amongst other things, to tap into the same power as dragons through Thu'um: the Way of the Voice. The Dragonborn will be guided by one of the last of the Blades, and presumably save the world.

That's about the extent of what we know about the story.
