I'd love to see more on NPCs dialogues like the unique scripted dialogues between Ysolda and Breniun, for example. NPCs sure love to greet the Dragonborn but they rarely speak with each other. Not even a simple "hello".

Is there any way to make NPCs chat more with each other? Even a simple "hello" would be lovely. Has any mod done this?

I once encountered a random conversation when using some follower mods where the girl was flirted by a random priest in Temple of Kynareth. To my knowledge the follower mod I was using is just a regular follower with no custom scripts. That led me to wonder if the vanilla game system actually have the mechanism to trigger random dialogues between NPCs. It just needs to be triggered more often.
