Is there any way to save Arnbjorn or any of the others?

Post » Sun Jun 03, 2012 2:13 am

Aside from Nazir, Babette, and Cicero...can I save any of the others? I was too slow with drawing my Daedric dagger to save Arnbjorn, but if I had been faster, could i have saved at least him?

Nope, I think the Devs have something against the DB! They always get slaughtered! -.- The three you first mentioned are the only ones that will be with you in Dawnstar.

Their deaths are scripted, all you can do is watch as they are slain and take revenge after.

Nooooooo. :( Womps. When I can get a dead thrall, I'm going to revive them with necromancy...if they can be turned into one.

I hope I can get people to replace them. :| I might spare J'zango's life if I can get him to join the Dark Brotherhood.

I always liked Veezara and Gabriella. Veezara is the last shadowscale and super friendly (he even helps you on a DB mission) and Gabriella had some of the most unique and funniest dialogue I've seen in some time and was also rather nice. I was rather sad when they died. :(

That's why I never completed the DB questline. All the characters I like die; the only ones left are a vampire (not particularly fond of), a jester I can't stand and who I always kill anyway, and Nazir, I guess he's okay.
Gabriella's death makes me just so sad. I don't understand why the DB always gets wiped out...

I was quite sad to discover Festus Krex nailed to a post outside the sanctuary. Compared to the TG I found the DB to be a friendly bunch considering there occupation. Now, if it were Dirge Black-Brier (or any of the B-B family for that matter) nailed to a post, I'd gladly use it for target practice.

Yeah, out of all of the guilds the dark brotherhood and the college seem to be the friendliest to newcomers. Everyone else treats you like garbage.

Even in Oblivion they were nice, for the most part at least. I have to say, quite sad about the fact I could not save them either.
