Is there any way to get the music from Morrowind and add it into Oblivion, perhaps point me to a tutorial or a mod that allows me to do this.

You have a sound folder (with 5 or 6 sub) in the data files. Copy and paste the mp3 files to whichever you like (usually explore -> explore, battle -> battle, etc.)
