Is there anyway to install two skyrims into my pc? : V

My dad and i both share the same computer and we both play skyrim but.....he has mods that i don't like and i also had mods that he don't like so....are there any ways to make two skyrims on my pc? or do i have to buy another copy? I know this is a weird question but i really need to know lol.

Yes, copy past the entire folder to a different location and make 2 different shortcuts.
