Is there anyway to keep the Jagged Crown and complete a cert

I'm thinking of going full Dragonplate armor with the Jagged crown.

Is there a way to keep the crown?

As far as I know, you can simply keep it, but it prevents the CW questline from moving forward, regardless of the side you choose.
