You can try ebay. The Fallout 3 collector's edition had a lunch box and a bobblehead. I don't think they have figures or t-shirts, though those would be cool.

I've got the Collector's Edition. It comes with a 15cm Bobblehead, a Fallout 3 Concept Artbook, a DVD about the making of the game and of course, a copy of the game .. all contained in a usable lunchbox!

The DVD is excellent. It's menu is like the menu of a Pip-Boy, and you get to see interviews with all the major people involved in making the game .... Todd Howard, Emil Pagliarulo, Inon Zur etc ... Plus, there's recorded footage from inside Bethesda Studios during the development of the game.
