I've had this problem for quite some time, but finally got a hint after realizing that NVEC Apple Challenge says "Beat the sh!t out of enemy heads"
Now, I'm not trying to make reasons to fling out profanities or something, but this is actually happening in my game, and it's extremely annoying. The only reason I installed NVEC is because it boasts the name of "New Vegas Error Correction" prior to becoming New Vegas Enhanced Content just today
Aside from the said NVEC Apple Challenge, it also flings profanity at me when I try to use the Microscope, saying that "you need medical skill of 50 to check for blood you [censored]"
But the most annoying part comes when I try to use the roll-up bed at Primm's NCR camp. It says, "what are you gonna do b***h?". I feel very insulted, because I'm playing as a female (with 10 intelligence at that), because I'm just trying to get some honest-to-whatever-deity-the-wasteland-worship sleep and because I personally don't insult people at random, and I expect none thrown at me.
Perhaps it also changes some dialogue options. Just now I got to meet Mrs. Hostleter and one of the dialogue option says " Okay, b***h, you asked for it". Now, I don't believe in throwing profanity at random. I'm not exactly a saint, but I'm a good man. Such thoughts wouldn't even cross my mind. I don't mind with Boxcars throwing profanities all the time, I came from GTA San Andreas, but this is getting out of hand, and my character is a reflection of my actions here.
Is this expected? I installed NVEC Complete DLC + GRA + MM if it makes any difference. I don't install anything funny like Character Expansion or stuff.

Can somebody tell me how to get rid of these profanities? I don't think these are vanilla. It looks like these are added by an unknown mod that also allows me to cook with oven at the expense of one Flamer Fuel, because I'm sure I can't cook with oven nor can I take a roll-up bed in Primm's NCR camp
