Sorry im not sure if i read or not if there will be fast travel. Has it already been anounced? if not please tell me. I need fast travel for that game. I hate walking every where in games like those

Yes. Fast travel like Oblivion and carriages now too.

Of course there will be fast travel. Could you imagine a game like Skyrim without fast travel. It would take quite a while on foot if you wanted to revisit a past location.
