Only real use I can see for a hacksaw is staging the finale of Mad Max...kind of a small niche thing.

consider all bladed objects are treated as weapons you stab or swing, and saws aren′t the best for that.

if it′s a comfort there is a butcher cleaver.

In the new developer diary, there was a weapon that looked like the ripper or auto axe.... kind of like a chainsaw, if you care for that...

Doubting there would be any museum, but it also seems impossible for anyone to not pick up weapon crafting/forging. A nice home made Claymore would do, or maybe Casar's Legion could have forged some really big swords, seeing as how they have a main short-sword that seems to be standard issue among them. I'd like to see 2 handed swords yes. :twirl:

Then again, I'm just that crazy. :cheat:

I doubt someone would go threw the effort creating a post apoc equivalent of a blacksmith workshop in a world where guns are the primary way of killing stuff.

so yeah ya crazy :P

There were bonesaws in FO3 and you couldn't saw anyone's leg off... Seems like the kinda thing you might see an NPC do (like a surgeon in a wasteland hospital), but I'm not sure how it would work for the player to be able to remove limbs like that.
