"There’s not a fine amount of dragons." says todd. but I wonder if that means that there will be an infinite number of dragons to fight, by which I mean if I were to get all the shouts would dragons keep appearing?

I think this would be good, especially for dragon hunter rp types because it would be no good to be a dragon hunter but have no more to kill once you killed them all.
