I suddenly cant build conenctors to power up stuff in one of my settlements and i do have the materials but i just cant build them, i dont even have maxed the SIZE gauge either.

Can you select one to build? As in, you can't even select one or you can select and see it, but you can't place it anywhere? Does it say "You lack the requirements to build this item" or something similar?

I've noticed this happen with any object if it says I just have enough of one of the materials I.e. 1/1 steel. Should be able to build it but doesn't let me. Get one more steel for instance, and voila.

Every item go toward the settlement build count.

Just load up cheat engine, get the table from nexus, and then zero it.

He might not be on a PC.

I can confirm this problem, maybe you had this and didnt notice, since its not that visible? If I wanna build smthg and have a material with the exact needed amount like 2/2 steel, it wont appear as preview and wont let me build sometimes.

Maybe after reloading you got smthg additional added to your workbench via scrap or scrapstation and thats why it worked again? :/

I've noticed counters when building turrets that count down as I install my emplacements, I wonder if we get similar counters for other things that I haven't noticed. Like connectors, as we reach the limit.
