There are so many fun and interesting traits and perks that could've been quickly added to the game. Maybe Obsidian is trying to encourage us to muck about with the GECK?

Has anyone seen or made a nice mod that features perks and traits from previous Fallout games?

Adds 75 new and vintage perks. Some are not exactly... balanced, par say, but they're certainly interesting. I use this myself, but I've culled and patched the entries a bit.
