is there a mod that adds ...

- heartbeat soundloop when low on health (getting louder the lower your health gets)
- breathing soundloop when low on stamina (getting louder the lower your fatigue gets)
- wind soundloop when high above sea level (getting louder the higher you climb)
- headbobbing while walking/running/jumping
- camshake when hit, maybe even when rumble sounds are played
- a fix for the underwater sound when changing cells (if you are underwater open a loading door to another underwater cell, the underwater fx is missing)

if there are no existing mods around i would be very happy if you guys could give me some tips on how i could make them myself, or feel free to make a mod yourself :hubbahubba:
i have a feeling that these might be possible with MGE or MCP and are not possible with the CS.

one more question not related to the mods: is there a list of all the sounds in the MW soundfolder wich dont get used by the game?
i would realy like to clean this folder.

thanks!

Camshake iirc isn't possible, morrowind only likes vertical cam movement by default.
Wind sounds exist, the only real high location is red mountain (where blight makes it super windy nonstop)
Heartbeat is unrealistic - remember this isn't BF/CoD, you don't hear your heartbeat when your arm gets slashed in half, but I feel like something like that exists
Breathing I remember from a mod somewhere, possibly a combat mod overhaul I remember. This one is your best bet
Underwater sound I have no idea. I didn't know that even happened :disguise:

Heartbeat one I'm sure there has others not sure about. My mod design has a heartbeat one in it but have not even started work on it yet.

NoM has some sound effects.
If you're tired or hungry you breathe heavy. I think it has some other sounds too, but it's been awhile since I used it.

There is a dimming when fatigue gets low mod. I think it was called "Fatigue effects" headbobbing was included in "1st Person Enhanced By Darknut".

Heartbeat is unrealistic

No, but it would be realistic to hear it if you're in a combat rush.

I think I'd throw my pc out of the window if my character would start breathing his heart out every time I'd run out of fatigue, considering people get out of fatigue all the time- especially at the start of the game. If you take into account the fact that character is not actually running, but jogging until your speed is actually 100, he should never get tired :P

I thought I'd be the same. It sublty affects the way you play though. You become more aware of your fatigue and no longer bunny hop and sprint everywhere. It's pretty good for imersion but if you simply want to get to places as fast as possible then it's an irritant.

I think PirateLord's enhanced sounds adds more wind sounds when you're up higher.

PC Voice Complete adds a heartbeat for running and fighting. There are other sounds as well.

I never knew that. Might be worth checking out then.

There are two French mods which add a breathing sound effect after being nearly drowned and/or going out of the water, http://morromods.wiwiland.net/spip.php?article738; and another mod which add a somewhat useless but funny sniffles and cough sounds to your character after sleeping in the rain and having caught a cold, http://morromods.wiwiland.net/spip.php?article737 ('crève' is a French slang word for 'flu').

good point about the double wind sound while ashstorms, the wind sounds should be disabled while ashstorms.
its not about realism but immersion, i think heartbeat would add some tension to the fights (shouldnt be too loud tough).
i dont want to use game changing mods so the combat overhaul is not exactly what i want but thx.
it took me some years to notice that underwater sound on cell change bug, but it is annoying.

looking forward to it! (if i understood correctly you are working on it?)

what is NoM pls? nessesities of morrowind? this mod changes the gameplay a lot unfortunately...

i cant find "fatigue effects" unfortunately.
"1st person enhanced" is pretty cool but has many downsides to be honest.

i tried it and it is pretty much what i was searching for, unfortunately a little buggy and the additional voice effects i dont want.

exactly! i use to play with fatigue in mind and often walk. nevertheless the effects should be not too loud.

i cant find that mod, but a soundmod by piratelord sounds quite promising!

cant get these french mods to work on english version, but its not exactly what i was searching for anyways.

thank you guys for your help, now i know that there is no mod around that adds these features without changing the whole game.

you have any idea how i could do this by myself?
i was thinking of a script that runs all the time and loops the heartbeat/breathing sound, but the loudness increases the lower your hp/stamina gets.
but i guess you have better things to do than making me a script

Expanded Sounds is the name of my mod. Inspired and influenced by Atmospheric Sound Effects (ASE) mod, but less script intensive. I do need to update the download from my website to be the full patched version, as there are a few bugs (apart from the starting ship, nothing major).

I think I've found your patched version on your forum, but your web page has the old version up.

For what it is worth, I'm a fan of Expanded Sounds.
