I'd like to be able to cast range spells and use my bow on horseback.

Any mods that do this yet?

Not even Skycaptain, who includes a very good mounted melee combat system in his Deadly Reflex mod, was ever able to do this. Some things in the game engine can't simply be worked around without rewriting the engine itself, and this is probably one of them.

I would love to see that! More to the point, I would love to play that. *sigh*

Second best, and still awesome, those playable centaurs firing bows would be tons o' fun too.

I have a mod that allows the casting of spells, including ranged ones, from horseback. Problem is they're relatively hard to aim.

I don't play with the trampling esp, so there must be something wrong with it. It's just been so long I don't remember. Could have been a conflict unique to my load order though.
