Is there a mod that gives all NPCs the same base health out

Just asking, in case. Mind you, would it be possible to edit all those entries at once in another program, like TES Edit or something?

In case you're wondering, NPC's health will still vary somewhat based on their Endurance, but I've removed the health gained from leveling on both NPCs and the player. I do it for realism purposes, I know... :whistling:

This would be easy to do with a script (and even easier with AddActorValues), so there's no need to edit them all by hand.

I've considered doing something similar, but you'd have to also completely overhaul weapon damage scaling (including armor and probably blocking). Creatures too, for that matter. Of course, I'm still considering it. :) What's your plan, exactly?
