I'm looking for a mod like http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41393, but instead of just allowing the resetting of skill points (and character level) to 0, the mod will allow me to re-distribute or re-assign existing skill points (subtract existing points from a skill(s) and add it to another).

If there is no mod like that or you haven't heard of one, what are 'safe' console commands to re-assign or redistribute current skill points? Is 'player.modav' or 'player.forceav' fine? No horrible gameplay bugs with these commands, right?

I have spent quite a while looking ... also went looking for a mod that allows me to re-choose perks and traits, including those added by CCO...

I wish there was a mod that would run like the script when you leave Goodsprings for the first time and can re-roll you character, while preserving event based perks...
