So it doesn't bring the FPS as down much? The No Flickering Lights option in Wrye Bash doesn't touch torches and other things like candles. Actually, it would be nice if there was something that takes away flickering candles as well, among the other things No Flickering Lights doesn't touch.

Yeah, but I think it's the same thing as the one in Wrye Bash. I don't think it touches torches.

Cava Obscura and Let there be More Darkness both do this.

Yes! That's even more perfect! Obscuro was a tad bit too dark.
