Nope, Morrowind is the only game that has that kind of multi-mod, mega mash up. there is is "beautification" guide you can use though, but you still have to install all the mods yourself

For texture replacers, this is a good site to check out. It is a bit dated but still relevant. There are no combined packages, you'll need to get sound and graphics replacers separately.
