There shouldn't be any females

There is no place for the woman in the mans game like Fallout. There should only be man in New Vegas. Women are incapable of doing fighting. It's a mans job. We should only be man in New Vegas.

You haven't heard? Fallout NV does only have men. They thought women did not fit the Fallout canon and cut them out entirely. The game should be much better now! We could recover for 200 years without women anyway!
