I'm getting a bit tired of having no use for soul gems but I can't find any stand alone mods which stop the auto regen on enchanted items, I know BTB has made a mod which does this but it's mixed in with a load of other changes and I'm halfway through a game, any suggestions?

BTB's is the only mod I've seen that does that right off the bat, but I'm looking at his changelogs and I don't think it'd be too hard to duplicate in a standalone, since it all seems to rely on just the fMagicItemRechargePerSecond GMST.
