I have about 45 hours into the game and so far I've only seen environmental blood spatter once. I don't mean the static textures that are in torture chambers and whatnot, I mean when I attack someone, blood comes out and lands on the walls or ground, leaving a texture. Is this supposed to happen more often? I feel like it has to just be glitching for me if it showed up that one time and no other times. PC, btw, and I installed that better blood textures mod, but even before that there weren't any spatters.

I see lens blood splatter all the time. Looks like blood on the monitors.
