Not on the UESP, but http://www.imperial-library.info/content/translation-dictionary has many (all?) of them listed in their dictionary.

What's the difference between sera and muthsera? The latter seems to be less formal.

It means somebody who does trivial tasks like "fetching things". http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/fetcher.

They basically call you a servant or a slave.

Oh wow, I looked it up a few times under Elder Scrolls pages, but never found out it meant that, lol, I just thought they made it up.

 It's a pretty original insult though.

It's still just as fun :D

You get into their heads a little bit more if you understand the words that they use.

Strange, I always thought that Sera meant Mr., and Muthsera meat Mrs. As I look into the Imperial Library, they just give the same description. Maybe it's just less formal, as you said, but maybe Sera is just the abreviation of Muthsera... Like, Madame vs. M'am.

Sera/Muthsera are gender neutral, except in one case in Oblivion (which, iirc, didn't make it into the game). I think muthsera is the more formal one, but I'm not sure.
