AFAIK, the language of the game determines the Subtitles that are provided. You can not get a game that has one spoken language and another written language (other than graphic elements that have text on them in the game such as signs)

There is no region coding with this game as it does not have a multilanguage install.

Should be, I have only seen the Localized Japanese version and those were both Spoken and Subtitled in Japanese but I can't imagine this would be different for Spanish. PM Rohugh as he lives in Spain and ask him how it was for Fallout 3. It will be the same for this game.

In the PS3 version of Fallout 3 had subtitles in English only
