Never made sense to me that the game auto reloads after the last bullet is fired, then forces me to wait until it's done. Can't holster, can't switch weapons, nor can you access the Pip. Only ways around it is to run for your life during the reload animation, switch weapons before you fire off the last bullet, or activate Vat before firing the last round off.

Be nice if there was the ability to interrupt the auto reload animation, or to remove the auto reload and make it to where I had to push the reload button. After all, there is already a click animation in the game. All Beth would have to do is remove the auto reload function.

Is there a setting hidden in the console or the .ini files that disables the auto reloading, by any chance? I doubt that there is, but I figured I'd ask.
