I was vilified by the Legion after I got the mark of ceasar. Is there a way to get Lupa's brain now ?

Can't you just kill Lupa? I think you can loot the brain once Lupa's dead. This might be more fit for the spoilers section, by the way.

Put on some Legion armor to disguise yourself, and just avoid Centurions/Praetorians.

Kill everyone, pick through to corpses to find Lupa, take the brain, use it to beat Caesar to death

Kill'em All.

Just go into the fort guns blazing and kill Lupa and loot the brain.

And then loot them out.

You can't loot before you eat your foes.

Oh.. and [censored] them. Just to be safe.

As others have said you can get it by killing the pup. I think she's outside the arena? Relatively tough fight when you walk through the gate if you have non sneaky peeps with you but still quite easy for most characters with some good cover with the tents etc.

Just kill the dog then loot the body, brain will be there.

As long as you've been to the Fort at least once, you can Fast Travel back and get the brain. Of course, you'll have to kill everybody but since they didn't like you anyways who cares?
