Is there a way to locate Provisioners directly?

I am in the process of dismantling my Settlement Supply Network so I can rebuild it with Sentry Bot Runners instead.

So far, half the network has been done.

I ran into a problem with the Castle-Warwick Homestead Provisioner though.

Despite camping out at the Castle for 4 days and Warwick Homestead for 2, this Provisioner demonstrated the punctuality of Godot.

For the less theatrically minded, that means they never appeared at all!

Since the only way to remove them from their duties is to be in the Settlement close to a workbench, if I can't see them, I can't close down the supply line,

Is there a way to locate Provisioners when one cannot be located?

Something like the console command and teleport/bring to player.

i write down their ref id's when i assign them - big recommendation for next time, won't help you now though....

what does help for me most the times (when i forget noting them from time to time, my ultra short term.... where was i? :-)

when i waited quite a while for one, 1 hour sleeping helps (best in a bed with a view to where they'd normally arrive), he'll be coming in when i wake, mostly - totally not sure if there's anything like an actual game mechanic behind this though or just lucky coincidence...

(also note most provisioners just walk past your settlement borders and turn around right away, meaning, they might have been there a dozen times while you waited, just in a spot you didn't see them* - had one that'd always turn around behind (seen from the main building) the silver screen at starlight, took me ages to realize

* ...which is extremely annoying, there's just totally no reason they can't move further in, or wait a little, or walk to the caravan post if you build one etc, you'll need to find them all the time and the game really gives you a darn hard time about it)

and for how to _find_ (not wait for) provisioners in emergency: travel their route (or if you don't know it, make a beeline) and go after gunshots. that's where they'll be. no, really. :-)
