Input lag is a big problem in my modded Skyrim, because it makes game more frustrating to play. It begins at no so low framerate - when 40 FPS there's a delay in some actions. I cannot fix these framerate issues, already upgraded graphics card, but I get 30-40 FPS exteriors with graphics mod and without. Skyrim is just unoptimized for heavily modding.

What makes me mad, that in TK Dodge mod, dodge is extremely delayed, when I have these 30-40 FPS. Affects both double-tap key and sprint+directional option. It becomes useless.

Also, at no so low framerate, the mouse in UI and camera are slower which is annoying also.

Oblivion had much better input system, could dodge quickly even with 15 FPS.

Is there any serious way to fix these, or I have just to accept these annoying issues?
